Message	I dont know if you watched the news at all during the aftermath of katrina, but that is the reason we have cops. Take away the police presence, and that is what you are left with, mass hysteria. The only reason your car doesnt get broken into every day is because of police. Just because you dont always see them, doesnt mean they are useless. Think about it before calling cops useless...
